1. 90-Day Return Guarantee

You may initiate a return within 90 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a full refund, items must be in new, unused condition, with all original factory packaging, user manuals, accessories, and warranty cards intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return authorization, contact our support team at support@appliancenest.shop or call +44 7546 185790 with your order number. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed return shipping instructions.

3. Refund Processing

Once your returned equipment is received and inspected at our Ridgeland, SC distribution facility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
